N3 Media was founded in 2016 and has been focused on telling 'people stories' in entertainment, sports, music, food and with personalities of all types. Our specialities are understanding each clients unique and authentic voice, and helping them translate that brand through content on digital platforms to reach their goals.
We are based in Los Angeles and New York.
MICHAEL DAVIS

The first decade of Michael's career was at CAA in the talent group. This was followed by a movie and TV producing career before crossing over into digital, where he built Penske Media’s video business (Variety, Deadline, etc) to over 1B annual views.
He is also an avid mountaineer, including the Seven Summits (the highest peak on each continent)
RICHARD YOUNG
Partner
Richard began his career in the music business where he created an online tastemaking consortium where fans could discover, share, and become more involved with their favorite artists. He then worked in artist management, ticketing, and Columbia Records as a talent scout under Rick Rubin. He has since been strategizing talent’s social media for over a decade.
He is also an avid traveler and has visited 44 countries.
